Refund and Return Policy

If an order is canceled within the cancellation period (24 hours), you will receive a full refund less payment processing and cancellation/restocking fees*. When an order is canceled, you will receive a refund less your cancellation/restocking fee (additional fees may apply if your order has already been shipped, please see below for more details) Please note, as we stated above in the ‘Refund’ section, the payment method of your refund may differ from the original payment method. If you choose to opt for store credit as a refund payment method your order cancellation/restocking fee will be waived. Please note, order cancellations will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Once the order has shipped and is already in transit you will be charged with the associated fees to cancel the order (Fees may include: Stop Order Fees, Return Shipping Costs, and 10% restocking fee) and will be deducted from your refund Sense Concepts will not be responsible or refund the purchase price for items lost in the mail or when tracking shows that the package has been delivered to the address. *Purchases made with Crypto, ACH, Direct Deposit, or E-transfer are final.  We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchases made with these payment methods. By making a purchase on www.senseconcepts.com youare agreeing to these terms.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer any exchanges or returns on electronics. If you feel you have received a product that is defective, please send us an email to support@senseconcepts.com with a photo, or a link to a video clip of the product along with a description of the problem within 7 days of delivery. SenseCAP M1 LoRaWAN Indoor Gateway comes with one year of product warranty directly from the Manufacturer, and so, iff your item is deemed defective and you need to initiate a return, please wait for our customer service team to issue you an RMA number. This number will have to be written on your shipping label or your Return will not be accepted by the manufacturer (SenseCap). Please note, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the defective products, Sense Concepts will cover the shipping costs of your product replacement.

Wrong Address

Wrong Address: Sense Concepts will not be responsible for items shipped to the wrong address, we will use the address you provide us during checkout, if there is an error in this address Sense Concepts will not be liable to refund or replace the product, additional products can be purchased at the buyer’s expense.

Change of Address

We understand that address changes happen and we will do our best to make address changes on all pre-sale orders. However, we cannot guarantee address changes will be honoured on orders close to shipping dates on pre-orders. If you do need an address change please arrange to do it early to ensure it gets to the correct location!

Liability & Risk
